Start with the node README and canonical public testnet self-test entry, then use the parameter and join runbooks only when deeper operator detail is needed.

Whitepaper REAP design notes External review themesThe public testnet uses manual test coin issuance and explicit seed peers. Testnet coins have no real-world value. Public evidence links will be added before stronger validation claims are made.

Current V1 material is implementation-aligned. Older drafts are preserved only for historical context.
